MY 25TH BIRTHDAY PROJECT: DAY FIVE

 

DO IT FOR YOURSELF

I got that from an episode of a podcast by Vusi Thembekwayo - Ideas That Matter titled "Wealth". He spoke about how to acquire wealth, the habits of the wealthy and if one wants to acquire wealth, it is important to "do it for yourself'. That sounds selfish, right? 

Then I read a sentence in a book, (Mind is Master), it said, "this is the secret of success - an unfaltering faith & a wisely-directed purpose". So I want to create wealth to help people, but I have to do it for myself? It makes sense actually, examples are all over the internet, the wealthy are constantly villainized but that doesn't stop them from positively impacting people's lives.

That unfaltering faith in self and a wisely-directed purpose is all that counts if I want to continue on the wealth-creation path. I understand that. Let's see how that's going by next year.
